He kissed me.
I did not notice that I was holding my breath; but I was. My head was screaming get of the room and turn around and run. But the more my head screamed to escape, my feet was following my heart.
His kiss lingered my lips when he pulled away. Then I saw his eyes.. those haunting eyes. All reason escaped me, and at that moment all I wanted to do was hold him close. I wanted to wrapped my arms around him and tell him I will never let him go. I don't even know why I even thought of that, but I did.
His right hand settled at the back of my neck and he smiled. I melted.
I am not suppose to do this? I am engaged for heaven's sake and I barely even know this man! What are you doing Rachele?
Chris smiled and planted a quick kiss on my lips. Yet behind those smile, his eyes never changed. All I saw were sadness..
He walked away now and just sat at the edge of the bed. He was silent and he just looked at me. Words seem to escape me which was a first. I just stood still and looked at him.
" Come here, Rachele. I will not do anything that you don't want to " , he extends his right hand to me.
Oh my God, why can't I stop my feet from walking towards him? I am so crazy!
My mind was racing but my heart felt calm. It felt so right which I know is so wrong. But I walked towards him and touched his hand.

" I.. I am not sure we should be.. ", I manage to utter those words.
Chris held my hand and just paused for a moment. He remains to be sitted and he locked me in an embrace. His face buried in my abdomen. For a brief moment of silence... all logic and common sense went out of room.
He looked up to me and carressed my cheek.
I gaved up. My knees were buckling and it took all of my strength just to stand still. His warm carress was so sweet like he was the only man who could touch me like that.
